1. Booking & Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For intuitive sessions, this confirms your reserved time.
For written readings, it allows me to begin preparing your reading with full presence and care.

2. Delivery Timelines

PDF Readings will be delivered to your email within:
• 6-Month Ahead Reading → within 10 business days
• Intuitive Reading & Tarot Reading → within 48 hours
(delivery begins after I’ve received your photo and question)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Sessions Only)

If you need to reschedule your intuitive session, just let me know — there’s no fee.
If you cancel without rescheduling, a small fee of 10 USD may be applied to honour the time held.

4. Refund Policy

Readings and sessions are non-refundable.
However, if you’ve made a purchase and feel uncertain about the fit, please reach out. I’m open to compassionate conversation and will do my best to meet you in a fair, respectful way.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me is held in confidence.
I will never share your name, story, or photo with anyone.
The only exception is if I ever feel deep concern for your safety or someone else’s — in which case, I may need to act in line with ethical or legal responsibilities.

6. Disclaimer

My work is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or licensed mental health care.
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as spiritual and emotional work depends on your readiness, openness, and timing. What I offer is a space of intuitive presence — grounded, heartfelt, and attuned to your inner truth.
