1. Services Offered

I offer intuitive readings, tarot readings, and live intuitive sessions intended for personal reflection and spiritual perspective. These services are designed to support self-understanding, intuitive awareness, and personal insight.

2. Booking and Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

For live intuitive sessions, payment confirms and reserves your appointment time.
For written readings, payment allows preparation of your reading to begin.

3. Delivery Timelines

Written readings are delivered by email in PDF format within the following timeframes:

• 6-Month Ahead Reading — within 10 business days

• 12-Month Ahead Reading — within 10 business days
• Intuitive Reading and Tarot Reading — within 2 business days

Delivery time begins once your photo and question have been received.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on workload or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation (Sessions Only)

If you need to reschedule a session, please notify me as early as possible. Rescheduling is free of charge.

If a session is cancelled without rescheduling, a fee of 10 USD may be applied to compensate for the reserved time.

5. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

If you experience a concern with your order, you may contact me and the situation will be reviewed in good faith.

6. Age Requirement

Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking a session or purchasing a reading, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions or readings is treated as confidential.

Your name, personal story, and photograph will not be shared with third parties. Disclosure may occur only if required by law or in circumstances involving serious safety concerns.

8. Scope of Service

Readings are offered as spiritual perspective and material for personal reflection, with the primary focus on the client’s own life, choices, and experiences.

Readings focus primarily on the client’s own life, choices, and development. Questions that attempt to intrude on the private thoughts, intentions, or personal matters of third parties may be declined.

They do not replace professional services. I do not provide:

• medical or health diagnosis
• psychological or psychiatric treatment
• legal advice
• financial or investment advice

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. A reading should be considered one perspective among many when reflecting on personal situations.

9. Disclaimer

All readings and intuitive sessions are interpretative in nature. No specific outcomes or predictions can be guaranteed.

10. Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing a reading, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

Privacy Notice

To complete a reading, clients may choose to send a photograph and written questions.

• This information is used solely for the purpose of preparing your reading.
• Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Photos and personal messages are permanently deleted within 3 months after the reading has been delivered.

These practices follow the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation regarding responsible handling of personal information.
